I’m a very economical cook and there is rarely any waste. Project and dig site directors are surprised at how little it costs to feed their team when I’m in the kitchen.
Because I also have accounts training, I keep meticulous records of expenditure and can present a detailed statement of account on completion of work. Keeping to the budget is important.
